WHY MY LAB?

The Department of Chemistry and the Advanced Materials Laboratory platform of Fudan University, where Fan Zhang is affiliated, hold significant influence both at home and abroad. The facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of large-scale instruments, including High Resolution Field Emission Transmission Electron Microscope, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope, X-Ray Diffraction, Upconversion Fluorescence Spectrometer, Near-infrared Fluorescence Spectrometer, Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer, FT-IR and FT-Raman Spectrometers, and Uv Vis NIR spectrum Microspectroscopy. These instruments enable efficient and precise measurements of material properties spectrometers, enables efficient and effective testing and analysis of the morphology, composition, and structure of synthesized near-infrared probes. Additionally, the platform features a fully equipped cell culture room, animal facility, and various cell imaging and in vivo imaging systems (1000–1700 nm), providing students with fundamental experimental conditions for biological research.
